Just something made real quick going debug more as I work through stuff when have the time. Make sure all spells are on the bar as Droidz stated on the beta post!

- Fixed stealth using C#
- added a stealth with range and other one will stealth 24/7
- Ranged into stealth needs look over when get chance
- Rogue 1.12.1 has Gouge added( should cast right from stealth once per target)
