Tryed to cover all spells/talents/artifact powers/racials. Support 6 combo points build with talent http://www.wowdb.com/spells/193531-deeper-stratagem

Maybe its required a bit of tuning. I will post update after some testing

The problem seems to be away. Just works perfect now. Don´t know what was wrong. :happy:
