Another basic rotation. I have spent a bit of time working on getting insanity and voidform to actually work. That being said, it sometimes skips some mind spikes because it is busy flaying. Currently set up for the talent that reduces insanity required to go into voidform to 70.

Works pretty well!

I'm under 100, so I had to change the requirement from >70 insanity to >99, but that made it work well.

I haven't messed with creating fight class profiles yet, but is there a way to add in aoe that you know of? Sometimes I pull packs of 10 mobs that would be 1 shotted with mind sear, and it looks a little suspicious when I single target each one down.

Just started using this profile. Works well for a basic profile as mentioned in description. Works well with WRotation, which is all I use with my Spriest.
