That's all the registration, although I already discovered that the error was given by a vpn that I have, in Venezuela there is internet control, page blocking, and traffic control, I need to use a vpn and proxy to be able to navigate without problems or speed or blocking, any solution?

Try to change your proxy/vpn software, with openvpn I haven't problem
