Is there a way to set up the bot to farm but not agro anything like if i mine to set it up to skip any mines where the bot might agro a mob to not ever worry about pulling anything

there is a place in the advanced settings for this in the harvest looting tab

set the bot to ignore nods that have mobs near to it in a radios of 12 yards.

im sorry im a little new but i dont see any where to click to avoid nods that have mobs around it

General Settings>Enter advanced settings...>Looting and Farming options>Max Units Near

 

Set this to 1.
