passloot is a wow addon that can be set up for a lot of different conditions

check you "my purchases tab" on the left

make a macro  /use Plundered Treasure
then put it on your bar, go to your general settings then advanced settings
you will find a macro tab, activate macro 1 check each line under and be sure they are correct

go to "my purchase" on the left side of the forum page, your key will be in there, copy and paste

add them as a buff, and if you need them to happen at a certain time, add a timer to them in the top right corner

i found it best to put each spell in twice personally, i am using my own shaman heal profile atm for 2 manning instances also you do not have to click on the healer in the settings this way

put the item id in the harvest window in you advanced settings

and it is not lua script 

there is a setting in your advanced settings to have the bot stop after 200 blockages, if it reached that point maybe you should try a different profile for what you are trying to do, or modify the one you have. the more blockages you have the more apt you are of being detected as using a bot

make this macro /use Plump Intestines   put it on your bar, go to general settings, go to my macros, activate it there
