I was wondering how to tell WRobot to loot objects in game? Not herbs or minerals, but in game objects like what is required for [is Another Man's Treasure] or the eggs for Nobel Garden.

put the item id in the harvest window in you advanced settings

How has say nonstop you need to put object id in "General settings" > "Enter advanced settings..." > tab "Looting and Farming..." > "Harvest object...".

 

Don't forget to put game object id (not item id, if you use wowhead the url need to contain "object=").
