Trying to get this quest to work,  I can pick it up, can travel to the location, but it will not use the item in inventory.  What do you suggest?

With quest type "UseItemOn" you need to add target.

 

In the zone where you need to used the item, he don't have an game object or npc?

No, you go to the location of the hotspot,  then you have to use the item, the item then summons the npc,  fight npc, then talk to npc

Any thoughts there Droidz?

He don't has object/npc near position where you need to use item? If yes add this npc/object id (even if you do not use the item on this object).

 

I'll add quest type "UseItemAtPosition" and "UseSpellAtPosition".

You can use item and spell at positions.

 

Use quest type "Use(Item/Spell)On", add hotspots but don't add objects entry (WRobot will use Item/Spell at all positions).
