The products and products settings are not loading. I am using windows 8. I have updated all required files and settings from what I can tell (i.e. C++, .Net, Game and Bot clients. 

 

I am able to login and pull up everything just fine, but the products section is blank. Please help. I just purchased a few days ago and have been unable to use. I would prefer to not to have to go about getting a refund.

Ok so I just re-installed to a completely new area not just folder and it seems to have worked. 

 

Thanks for whatever wizardy you did to help. I swear I re-installed it many times in many different folders and areas... However this time seems to have fixed the issue. I am just glad it works.
