WRobot not launching keeps sayingi n use

Hey as stated in topic, i have the robot (using windows 7 OS), I keep haivng issues with the bot not loading and after purchasing and applying the key, the issues still exists. I've installed and reinstalled the bot 10+ times and still it doesnt work. can someone help me.

keeps saying in use and will not run, have reinstalled and reupdated the bot as well. any help would be majorly appreciated.

okay so after after this post i did some searching, what i did was roll back everything to last week before i downloaded the bot, then reinstalled it and reconfigured EVERYTHING....which is part of what i did to fix this issue the first time... I hops this is the permanat fix this time... lol sorry for the annoying posts.
