Remote "Screen" Backwards - Any Suggestions

Hey! On the remote website, I'm when I have the WOW screen up, my screen appears as the first image. when I have it minimized, it appears as the second image. I'm unable to see the actual playing screen any longer. Is this common? How could I fix this?
