How to Create a Custom Profile?

Hey,

I'm looking for an tutorial or a option that shows me how to create a custom Profile.

Something like the Schedule, but only with more options...

 

I want to do something like

- Use Hearthstone

- Do Something like macros or something else.

- get a Random "path" Like random function with a number and a if else construct.

- Use the Goto from that "path"

- Use the Profile from the "path"

 

How i can do something like that?
The Quest profile Creator doesn't work for me :(
