Problem with Rampage

Hello.

I've got a problem with Rampage spell for Warrior.

I want to use this spell when Rage is over or equal at 85%. No problem with that ! BUT, this spell is used by the bot only when Enrage Proc ... I don't know why :/.

 

Any Idea ?

Yes, I have add this condition but it is strange.

Rampage is on top priority.
I have enough rage to use the spell but the bot continue to use others spell before this one ... I have no idea to force the bot to use Rampage before others spells.

I have the same problem. I tried also these conditions, but it almost never works:
