Arms Warrior - Overpower

Hey Guys. I donwloaded a Arms Warriros ClassProfil but Overpower seems not to be working well.

 

Spellname: Overpower

Condition/Buff: Taste for Blood

 

Use MortalStrike and u get 2 Stacks of Taste for Blood. These can be used to use Overpower twice.

 

I tried the Condition "BuffStacks"  and "isSpellUsable" but never get it working. i have deletet everything expect of mortalstrike, collosus, and overpower so priority isnt the problem.

I added "bigger 10 Rage" as condition. Seems to be working
