Warlock wand spam

My warlock fightclass is spamming wand so it interrupts it all the time.. what am i doing wrong?

Im trying to edit the fightclass but i cannot still make it work. You have any tips on how the values for wanding should be setup for avoid the bot to spam the wand button all the time?
