I play in a Legion Private server (7.1.5) and i'm making some little grinding profiles by my own (I'm new on this so perhaps they would be very basic) but i want to share it with the community so, can you open a Legion section on the Private server forum?

Yes if these are fightclasses or profiles only for private servers (zone customized on your server), because I think than 90% of 7.1.5 profiles will work on 7.2.0
