BOT doesnt start/work HELP

WRbot is NOT working. 

1) I start wow and login to my toon

2) start the bot and login

3) click on quester or grinder, load a profile and i click on play

But NOTHING is happening! My toon just stands there! 

The play button does NOT change!!!

Please help
