Hello, I play several characters in the same group first in grind and the others in party mode that follow and kills the first mob but the bot in party mode does not regen how then I do please?

bonjour , je joue a plusieur personnage dans le meme groupe le premier en grind et les autres en mode party qui suivent et tue les mob du premier mais les bot en mode party ne regen pas comment puis je faire svp ?
