Can you please tell me how to properly configure the buffs? What would bafal once in half an hour or as a buff will drop what would update? Where is this set in the settings?

Simple,

 

Add spell (the buff you want)  Put it high priority

then add condition > Buff : False  (Name of buff)

 

So now, the bot will first cast that buff you assigned whenever its not there.
