August 29, 20178 yr Hi - currently getting hooking errors as soon as the bot starts. Changed graphics but havent seen this before todays update. Any help is appreciated. Attached are logs. Note: The bot tries to work after the game is closed - it's like it freezes immediately after launch. 29 Aug 2017 14H22.log.html 29 Aug 2017 14H15.log.html 29 Aug 2017 14H13.log.html 29 Aug 2017 14H11.log.html
August 29, 20178 yr Same here, getting same result. Freezes once its launched... then I have to CTRL, ALT, DELETE to find the program and close it then receive the mentioned error. Assuming this just has to do with the update.
August 29, 20178 yr Author What do you mean update windows? Because it is windows 7? I usually run 6 bots with no issues, not sure why my windows version would cause the problem (unless there was an update just today).
August 29, 20178 yr I have change a lot of codes to avoid detection, I'll try to resolve this issue quickly, do you run 32 or 64 versions of Windows? You run Windows 7?
August 29, 20178 yr I cannot reproduct your problem, can you try to restart your computer and disable your antivirus
August 29, 20178 yr Author Maybe this log has more info; the timestamp here is when I close WoW (with the bot running) - there are some successes but its struggling somewhere. 18:54:31 29 Aug 2017 18H53.log.html
August 29, 20178 yr I have install all update on my Win 7 VM, I cannot reproduct your problem. When wow is closed, you get error?
August 29, 20178 yr Author 1. WoW Open, Firewall/Antivirus disabled. 2. 32Bit WoW Window, 64 Bit OS. 3. Bot goes directly into "Error during hook test." Clicking "OK" opens the bot, which then immediately freezes. Note that the name of the character being used does NOT show up correctly - its appended with random characters, usually periods. 4. Close WoW. Bot immediately responds saying the game should be windowed (it is) and that the wow key bindings should be reset (they are). The bot then stays open and can be used but obviously does nothing. Log repeats !Memory.IsProcessOpen.
August 29, 20178 yr Can you check if Wow create crash log file (in folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\Errors" by default) (if yes send me txt file by private message)
August 29, 20178 yr Author Its not creating a crash log (probably because its Wrobot that is crashing and not WoW)
August 30, 20178 yr Author Same error - tried to reinstall wrobot and see if a clean install repaired it somehow. New log - now it get s to archaeology before falling apart. 29 Aug 2017 20H22.log.html
