I can't even run it. the .exe deal has a blank like .config file on it and i just downloaded it.

Try to reinstall wrobot (probably error during installation), you can download full pack here: http://download.wrobot.eu/wrobot/tmp/WRobotFullPack.zip

I already tried downloading it again and the .zip file and still
