Ignore mobs along the way to a grind spot?

Hey peeps!

Can I somehow make WRobot ignore mobs along the way when moving over to a grind spot?

The problem I'm having is that it's attacking mobs 9+ levels higher than my character which of cource kills it. After ressing again, it tries to kill the same mob again, which kills it again...
