Problems when launching the bot

Hello, i'm interested in the bot to use on a tbc private server. I get this error when trying to launch it. I haven't purchased it yet. How do I resolve this? I have no anti virus and my fire-wall is off.

edit: i cannot add a log file because i cannot open the program
