Character dont move needed

Hello. Is it possible to make our character to not move and still fight monsters ?. For example i pick chain lightning and stormstrike with my enh shaman. My character dont move but when he got range he cast chain lightning and when monster come closer he will strike him with storm strike and melee. Please answer :C

Idk just for character to stay and use spells, melee when got range

I know only grinder and gatherer. Is there place at forum when i get some info about other products ? For example this WRotation ?
