Client wont launch

I've spent hours disabling firewalls, antivirus, deleting entirely from system and the client will not launch. Yes i've run administrator, used the download tool, downloaded 15 different times and older versions. Any idea why Wrobot will not launch after I update? It give me load icon for 3 seconds and nothing happens every time.

There are no logs to post because the bot will not load to pull a log. It does nothing when I try to launch.
