Hi,

 

- My wrobot keep auto shutdown by itself quite often, when i set my wrobot on, sometime its fine but most of the time, it will just auto shutdown by itself without giving any warning.

 

- Relogger unable to relogin. I don't have multi accounts and i set my relogger on, when i got DC-ed, it don't relogin. Can you please guide me?

Do you have try to disable your antivirus/firewall? Or do you launch WRobot several at the same time with same license key?

My firewall is disable, and my antivirus was not. But there are times when i disable my antivirus, it also will auto shut down. Nope, when i launch WRobot, and i just leave it there without setting up anything yet and afk it will just auto shutdown again  

Can you try again and tell me if you have again problem with auto shutdown?

Thanks for the reply and sorry for the late reply. I re-purchase the bot again, and it still auto shut down for no reason. Can you please fix it asap as i keep dying when i was afk.

I cant find the option "Lua to move" in general settings.

I had found the option. But this time i got log off due to:

The problem is, when the wrobot auto shut down, and i reopen the bot will consider i launched 2 times bot.

Do you use proxy? Your ip changing frequently, this can cause this error (if you ip changing when the bot is launched). 

i dont use proxy, and i dont change my ip at all. Anyway to prevent this?

What is your internet connection?

I'm using 100mbps cable broadband. But when i use trial version, it wont auto shut down. 

Try to use an VPN when you use both, your internet connection change frequently your ip (the trial version don't use IP address).
