Sadly - right now - it is killing the mobs, looting them and then sitting down to rest (well that's ok), but it's forgetting to skin the animals (at least the ones with leather). I read and installed various plugins: Sadly both of them didn't solve my problem. Next step I was performing was changing the settings... https://imgur.com/a/pdeEX92 this didn't help either.
