To active pluging:

Go to "General Settings" > "Enter advanced settings..." > tab "Plugins" > Select "WhisperScreenshot" > Click on button "Activate/Desactivate selected Plugin" (plugin name is green when is activated).

I haven't seen you have already created fightclass for this profile: 

Your fightclass remove probably the buff Stealth, edit fightclass and check the fightclass (or create fightclass with base spells if your targets are not strong).
