    same here. And I heard they increased the population cap from 11000 to 12000.

    it depends how you power lvl your characters. If the higher level is attacking a level significantly higher for the person he is helping, then that is bannable. For example, somehow you managed to get your lvl1 alt into Hellfire ramparts, and you use your lvl80 character to farm. Other wise, you will be fine.
