Did fresh install, relogger launching now. Problem was settings file.

Hello Droidz. Relogger tottaly not starting at all, cant provide any logs. I did try reinstall directx, framework etc. Scanned for viruses and malwares. Reinstalled wrobot, from installation and already unpacked. Just nothing helps. Uisng win 7 x64. Hello, i did downloaded wrobot for retail, after install relogger doesnt start. There is no errors etc, just nothing happen. Tried on few computers. Can it be disabled or sonething?
