This depends on the pc in my experience. My bot rig will do it no problem, wrobot will continue to control the bots while locked.  on my work laptop the bots will go afk and wrobot will stop while locked. Must be something with the win 7 enterprise install. I need to use a mouse jiggler to stop the laptop locking up.

You're supposed to be MIA, sir!!

Which install is allowing you to continue while locked??

All of mine had to have the timeouts disabled for windows because of that issue.

    Just curious...

    Hi Guys,

I've been using the bot in MOP for mostly skinning and mining with no real issue. Created my own optimized profiles and whatnot.

However, in Legion, I'm using it for herbalism and mining. It took me a few days but then I realized the bot never loots Blood of Sargeras, or really any BoP item. Is there an internal option for that (which I've missed), or do I need some sort of addon that does that?

It's a setting within WoW, possibly?

I know some people have used an addon in the past but I've never had to.

My bot has never had an issue looting BoS...

yea, i've opened a new ban appeal ticket and now they're asking me for ID

i'm not sure if i should give it since i don't think they will revert the permanent ban.

so i bought a WoD on US and looking for good mats to farm there

If they're asking you for ID, they're just confirming account ownership.

Give it to them and they'll likely fix the issue.

They generally don't ask for ID unless they're planning on doing something.

    My 2 cents.

  4. "I dont want to continue making profiles/quests/grinding profiles for my personal use if it seems as if no one else is going to either."

Let me ask you... if you don't mind making profiles for yourself as you indicate, then why does it matter what anyone else is doing??

I don't follow your logic even slightly.

Droidz is one person, who specifically keeps membership to this site low.

Detection avoidance is the main goal here, as always.

If you're looking for a social networking site, I'd suggest facebook or twitter??

Most of the legit profile developers have stopped making profiles for retail and started focusing on private servers, as that's where the money is and there's far less risk associated with their time spent developing.

There are still a LOT of good, functional, FREE profiles on this site, you simply have to look.

'Lifelike' botting is nearly impossible without a level of randomization, which will also get you stuck.  Even then, I don't think it looks 'lifelike' at all.

PVP botting is just asking for a ban, the only exception being using a rotation bot while you control character movement.

    What exactly is your issue??

Posting the answer is always nice, too.

I was on my cellphone, so it wasn't an option for me.

That being said, if you can't be assed to do a forum search, you're probably in the wrong place...

    You sir... are the man.

Attached for the (other) lazy people is a quest profile that does the same thing...load up easy obliterate and oblivion and make sure easy obliterate has "auto select" enabled.

Not the fastest thing... reliable tho.

    OBLIVION.xml

I've tried using Easy Obliterate and for some reason after I auto-loot the first dust, it stops auto-looting...

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but that seems to hang everything up.

    Any pointers?

I have about 22,000 ancient health potions to Obliterate, lol

Hard work!  Selling to the chinese is easy... the rate is low, however no chargebacks and in my experience they always need stock.

Selling direct is risky and takes time to get customers.

Yeah, this is pretty much why I've quit botting and am selling all of my spare accounts...

I don't have the time/patience to monitor this crap anymore, so I only bot for myself.

To farm gold for myself to get crazy geared with.  It's amazing what 1m gold can get you ingame nowadays in terms of master loot runs heheh.

  8. 1st - UP, are you on a US server, or EU?

    2nd - You're farming volatile what??

3rd - How big of a farm area is this item and how fast is the respawn?

4th - Is it dropped by mobs or tapped from nodes?

All of these will help you calculate how many accounts you'd need to hit that mark.

I'd hope that he's paying well for these items, otherwise it's simply not worth the hassle.

When they send it to you, ask them to use the right option and add a note, like "thanks for the loan" or "heres my share of the dinner" etc. etc.

They can do that when they send it as 'goods and services', they simply need to use a calculator to know how much to add so you get the correct amount.

A smart buyer will never send money to someone they don't personally know as 'Friends & Family'...

'Goods and services' can be recalled or refunded.

Yes indeed. I used to sell to them as well back when prices were stable. Just recently the offered to pay 0,03 $ / 1k Gold. With Paypal taxes and the current exchange rate you only get around 2,50 Euro / 100.000 Gold. Which is barely worth the effort any more.

True, it's around 6-10 cents per K on US currently.

Once the waves come and wipe up a HUGE portion of the market that has been botting relentlessly the past 5+ months, it will have several effects on both the individual server economies, as well as on the rate that gold sellers are paying.

Most larger endgame progression guilds tend to sell gear runs to buy gold to buy* things like cauldrons/potions or the herbs to produce them in large quantities, so when they're cheap because there's an overabundance on the AH, they don't go through nearly as much gold per week, etc.

  11. Jecht,

If you're careful and cautious, there is still a chance to get caught and banned.

However, it's very unlikely if you follow the right steps and protect yourself via guild bank transfers.

I know everyone talks about AH transfers, but I received a Blizz e-mail specifically for buying/selling gold via items on the AH.

They do notice and they do keep tabs.  Especially the longer the item sits...

Again, there's no such thing as a 'foolproof' method, but you can be as safe as possible and reduce your risk as much as possible.

If all else fails, create a second account on the same b.net as your main account and transfer the gold/items to that account, then to you via gbank, etc.

WRotation doesn't work on bosses above 2140k HP, so it doesn't work on all mythic Nighthold and Tomb of Sargeras raid this program is worthless untill dev will fix it, but this isn't his priority to work this program correctly, so dont buy it before he fix it.

People don't know there's a problem until it's mentioned, then it can be addressed.

Check to see if this has been resolved, thanks.
