Hello, quest type "KillAndLoot" are not made to fly, use quest type "FollowPath" if you want use fly path.

This work very well :) But I got 1 more issue, when bot need back to vendor then he fly near ground, how can I change this? :)

Go to tab "Tools" > click on button "Npc DB" > research the used vendor/repair and activate option "Can Fly To" (you need to use Npc outdoor).
