There is something wrong in the Code

for Example in Line  39 "      <SpellName>eviscarate</SpellName>"

edit it to      <SpellName>eviscerate</SpellName>"

and set the Priority to 8 

working fine for me now ^^

It appears to be an Outlaw spec, for anybody wondering. Should be a simple approach, attack rotation if you have Click to move enabled.
