When using a grinder or quest profile there are some mobs that bot attack and reach 1% health remaing and dont die and the bot still try to kill is there a plugin or setting one can use to avoid such mobs and move on to next ??

Hello, in advanced general settings try to active "Try to detect evading mob"

I have tried that setting..the problem is the mob does not show evade text..it show damage numbers even if the mob has for example 1/300 hp and that might confuse bot to pick evading mob..

You'll have to get a custom plugin or play on a proper server i guess ?
