updater is black

When i try to launch the updater, the window is fully black. both relogger and wrobot.exe launch fine, its just the updater.

 

i have  

<CanProtectAgainstScreenshots>false</CanProtectAgainstScreenshots>

correctly in my settings file.

 

Any suggestions?
