I know i can manually enter herbs i don't want in the do not harvest box, but I'm curious if adding golden lotus to the harvest box will work even if i have herbs turned off?

Options "Don't harvest object" and "Harvest object" override the options "Harvest Minerals" and "Harvest Herbs".

 

If you add in "Harvest object" an herb id and you disable option "Harvest Herbs", WRobot will harvest herb put in "Harvest object".

 

For harvest only golder lotus, quick way is to desactivate option "Harvest Herbs" and add in "Harvest object" textbox:
