Hallo in die Runde,

Da ich unvorsichtig war habe ich sofortüberweisung gewählt, als bezahlungsmöglichkeit für eine Lizenz.

Dabei ist ein Fehler Aufgetreten und ich habe keinen Code für die Gutschrift von 20€ erhalten, damit ich eine Lizenz von wrobot erwerben kann.

Was passiert nun. Geld wurde gebucht und ist nach Frankreich zu sofortüberweisung verschwunden.

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit seinen wrobot zu bekommen oder wenigstens sein Geld wieder ?
