Still geting the same Error whats the problem?

This can happen if you have any web traffic monitoring tools running, like Fiddler or Wireshark.

First step:how do i figure out that i have them installed

You would know if you had them, I bet.

Did you ever edit hosts file on your PC? Like adding lines 127.0.0.1 wrobot.eu to it, etc?

to be honest this is my first time installing on my pc so nope.
