October 7, 201411 yr So when ever I try to open the bot or click on the update the normal user control comes up (look at attach picture) and when I click yes it will no longer run like it use to. In fact after I click yes nothing happens. I have tried redownloading the program I also turned off my firewalls and virus protection but none of this works. I cant think of anything else that I can do so I would appreciate the help.
October 8, 201411 yr Author Hello, Can you send me log file please (you can found it in "Logs" folder). I opened the bots file location and Didn't see any Logs folders. And I click on the Bin folder and didn't see any log folders either. I also wasn't able to open anything within the Bin folder. and since the application won't open I can't get the Logs from there either. here are pictures of the folders.
October 14, 201411 yr Author I down loaded the link you provided on that other forum and I was able to update that one but once I did I had the same problem with not being able to launch the bot.
