FC ret pala, don't work a condition

Heya, i create a good DPS fight class profile for my pala, but i have problem with selfhealing. I use "Selfless Healer" (45 lvl talent),  and when i got 3 buff stack i can use Flash of Light instantly, but spell doesn't work.

 

I change next conditions for spell(Flash of Light):

 

- Me in move - type(True)

- Health Percent - type(SmallerorEqual) - Value(75)

- Buff stack - Buff name(Selfless Healer) - Number(3) - type(Equal)

 

 

I try change, mix, remove conditions, just doesn't work

You can activate debug mode and look at the log to see which condition is failing. I have used this to troubleshoot some issues I was having with my rotation.
