[E] 15:24:30 - Connection error, close bot, you have probably launched 2 times bot with same license key, please contact WRobot team if it is not the case.

Or if I am not going to get any support can I at least get a refund?  Is this site a scam?  8 hours and nobody has even viewed the thread.

I have also done full reinstalls, updated directx/microsoft visual C++ along with everything else suggested on these forums.  The issue is your auth server keeps disconnecting me after exactly one hour.

Hi my friend, I have 7 account bot with them. I high recommendation to use unlimited key. I have the same issue before, this not a software issue.

BTW the unlimited key only work with 1 ip, but you still can use the bot free with 15min reopen.

Also I do have the ulimited subscription so this is definitely a bot error.  I'm kind of just wanting a refund since it takes a day just to get a generic copy/paste response.

I connected my computer directly to the modem instead of to the router and the disconnects stopped.  What settings in the router would cause this?
