Repair function no longer working

Hi, I noticed ever since the last update, the repair function no longer works.  I have been using the "Use Traveler's Tundra Mammoth" option for over a year with never having any issues until last update.  After closely watching my toons, I rarely see them summon the tundra like it used to, and when it does they just sit there for a moment and resume the profile (Grinder or Gatherer).  Did something change with this process?  Please help.
