There are 3 questions:

1:

Protection Paladin 7.0 spell "shield of the righteous" will give a buff for Damage reduction effect ID 132403 #http://www.wowhead.com/spell=53600/shield-of-the-righteous#comments#

so i am using "buff" in conditions of spell "shield of the righteous" ... and it is not working at all.

There is a new spell call "Righteous Protector" ID 204074 #http://www.wowhead.com/spell=204074/righteous-protector#

How can i make it using when buff of "shield of the righteous" out and also "shield of the righteous" in recharging.

How can i setting when the "Grand Crusader" reset the " Avenger's Shield", Priority use  " Avenger's Shield"  ID 31935 #http://www.wowhead.com/spell=31935/avengers-shield#

This way seems not working with me ..i change the cooldown time to 4500 can working nicely..

 

now only then question 3. how can i check the spell be reset, and using that spell asap.
