I'm making a fight class for Windwalker Monk.  The mastery is that if you don't use consecutive spells you get a dps boost and a buff for a talent.  

One of the main spells is Blackout kick, which is kind of a filler spell to spend chi (the combo points of monks), and it has a proc to spend it for free.  

Is it possible to have the rotation not use blackout kick consecutively? For example Blackout kick, Tiger's palm, blackout kick, other spell, blackout kick.

Just put a timer on blackout kick of 3000 (3 seconds - play around with the value) that means it will prob have 1 GCD between kicks to do...something
