Blacklisting mobs / zones, not working?

I am at a position where the bot doesn't know it should move up some stairs to attack this mob, so I basically blacklisted the mob and the zone within 45 yards range, though he still just afks below the mob trying to attack it. 
Any solutions to this ? I would prefer not to re-edit the profile as it's the only place it got stuck so far..
