Is there a way for my gatherer profile to run an in game macro at the end of the loop?

Hi have read through the posts in that link and the other posts that it links to as well but I can't work out how to run a simple in game macro... Can I bind the macro to a key on my action bars and get the bot to press that at the end of a loop?
