Bear T.O.E. 63 Posted June 16, 2017 Share Posted June 16, 2017 This would also be nice to have so that during the Frost Fight class there is a time that you need to pool your resources like Runes and Rune Power so that you make sure all your rune and you have full rune power in order to maximize the up time of Breath of Sindragoa.
