Doesnt pick up "Lost Highbourne Journal" - possible to add this function?

In Broken Isles, it doesnt pick up "Lost Highbourne Journal" from digs, and thats a very obvious tell that its botting with someone watching.

This is a bonus-loot from digsites in Broken Isles, its an item that winds up on the ground next to a regular artifact.

And after right clicking this, a new artifact appears on the ground next to it, so the bot needs to right click that as well.

If you need object ID, Ill try to keep an eye out for it the next time :)
