Bot Wont Start

Ive been using the bot since January and now all of a sudden it will not enter run mode. If I click the "play" sign but it doesn't turn on and doesn't change to allow you to stop it. Any ideas? I have checked framework repair tool and restarted pc serveral times. Reinstalled Bot as well. Logs are attached

I have found a solution to the issue. I have found within windows update for May 2017  Preview of Quality Rollup for .NET Framework 3.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.6, 4.6.1, 4.6.2 for windows 7.
