Wrobot freezes upon character select

When I get to the point where I want to select a wow client (character) to inject wrobot, i select the character I want then click "Launch Bot" then it just freezes.

my PC in china is running it but here in the US it works fine, is this an authentication issue? Any similar problems that some one can shed some light on? It happens a lot unfortunately.
